Multiple credit searches by the same lender

Hi there
Due to issues with the property I'm purchasing jng and some outstanding information, it's looking like my mortgage app will get cancelled.
The lender has previously done 2 checks on me at DIP stage as I had to change properties (DIP is the stage they do them, and not again at application)
I'll need to reapply with a new DIP and have another credit check done on me at a later date, which could be weeks, depends when the info comes in.
Will a 3rd check be awful for my file? Or do multiple searches by the same lender not have a massive impact?
