Interestingly the seller doesn't try to hide the fact there is still a person when we arrange viewings etc. I can still be a mistake, but I am nerveus already.

Three questions:
01. What can be the benefit to make such kind of scam if she is aware she will be sued and pay?
02. Is it possible to take end of tenancy from one person, and after that another person to come and show me tenancy agreement?
03. How this is not a topic regarding any property? I mean the fact that I am extra suspicious is one thing, but this is possibility for every purchases - they can always show empty apartment and somebody to come with tenancy later and to knock the door.
