Found a suitable Domain Name

Hi
I've found a domain name that I'd like to register. on Reg 123 it is priced at 99p - reduced from £9.99. Does this mean I would be paying £9.99 every year plus hosting? Actually, I wont want hosting. I just want the domain so I can have emails with the domain name.
Can I buy the domain for, say, 10 years?

i'm with 123-reg and use my domain for just email. they couldn't understand why i didn't want a web site, they kept offering to build one for me. i used to be with just the name but plusnet decided to close so had to move to 123.
i used to renew for 10 years with jtn not sure how long i've got left with 123 but it's easy to move hosts if youre not happy.
the 123 dash board is easy to use to set up mail routing btw, you just need to find where it's hidden :-)0 -
I have a domain with Fasthost just used for email forwarding at the moment and it's just gone up to £23.99 for 2 years renewal which it automatically does unless I say not to.0

I too use fasthosts just for email - very easy to use and one nice feature is you can easily set up a mailing list by attaching many recipients to your email.
I forward all mine on to a yahoo email box, and in yahoo you can easily set up the sending email address to be your domain name rather than your yahoo email address - simples! Do it!0 -
