Thought I would make it noticed that I got some very good service today when going to the Slough Branch.
But before that, I went to my local one in Maidenhead to look for carbon filters they sell for their tanks, but for the last two weeks they haven’t had any.
Decided to ask and they told me they don’t have any but would give slough a ring to see if they did...
They told slough what I needed and said yes they have loads, so off to slough.
When i get there i cant see a single one...
I go and ask where they are and explain that someone phoned to check, we can’t see them anywhere. They managed to find the girl who answered the phone and admitted that she thought the foam were the carbon filters.
They immediately apologised and opened up a brand new pump and took the filters out of there and let me have them for free.
Very happy with it all...seeing that I spend a lot there on products.
