Now TV moving services problem

Hi all,
I was wondering what my rights are with a situation I have with moving my broadband services.
I gave now TV 18 days notice to move my broadband services,they cut me off 4 days early and when it came to last Tuesday to have it installed it didn't happen due to a problem at the exchange(I was told today)
I was also told today that I have to wait until NEXT WEDNESDAY for any update.
I know that I get compensation for lack of service but that doesnt help me now with having to wait until then
What are my options as I feel I've done everything asked of me but have been totally let down.

It's still no clearer, what exactly are you looking for? There's no way to make it happen faster and I'm surprised they did anything with only 18 days notice.0 -
Took me 3 weeks to get broadband when I moved despite it being a totally new line and number.
