We have our flat in on the market in South London.
2 weeks and no viewings.
The flat is remodelled by an interior designer. It is quite unique.
We went with an independent estate agent.
Alot of hits on the website but no viewings.
I can't post links as i am new...

If you give the postcode, or the digits at the end of the rightmove ad, someone will post on your behalf.
London is a falling market at the moment, so if you want to shift it, you'll have to price it realistically. If it's as unique as you say, you might have to wait a while to find the buyer willing to pay the premium for this.
But ordinarily for a typical family home, two weeks with no viewings means only one thing. It's overpriced. People generally won't even bother viewing if the gulf between what they'd pay and the asking price is to far - e.g. over 10%."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0 -
London must be really sensitive to what is happening in parliament right now
I would expect a flurry in the first couple of weeks that then slows down, but the last few weeks have been toxic, particularly in remain areas, I imagine.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

The thing about 'unique' is that it won't be to everyone's taste (if it was, many people would be doing a version of it and it would no longer be unique). Price your flat in line with what others of a similar size/layout/location are selling for, and be prepared to knock a bit off if your 'unique' design features are going to be expensive to remove).0

Likely to be overpriced. No viewings = too expensive. We found the same with our house. It has a great location and fantastic garden so we started off with a "premium" price. Found out pretty quickly that we had to be realistic (ie drop the price) if we wanted to sell.
If it's "unique" then there will be someone that may well be prepared to pay a premium for the uniqueness but you may have to wait a long time to find them. So it all depends how fast you need/want to move.0 -

Just to satisfy my inner pedant, something cannot be quite unique. It is either unique or it is not.
And in terms of property unique often means limited market. A unique property needs that unique buyer with similar tastes/likes. Pop up a link and you will get some further feedback.0 -

Who is 'they'?
Big developers employ interior designers to sell their houses and nobody in the industry has used beige for a decade. It's offensive :rotfl:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
