Replacement Central Heating Controller (wired)

The CM907 is a 7 day programmable thermostat. It controls only your heating - being a combi boiler, the HW is on demand. There are hundreds of alternatives you can google for.
One thing I would suggest though - and this may or may not be obvious, so I'll say it anyway - if the display is dimming, you may just need to change the batteries. Although the thermostat is wired, it is powered via batteries.0 -
I recall this is a know fault with the CM907 the display delaminates but can be fixed.

We have a pair of Danfoss 5000si.
They seem ok, allow you to programme four heat settings per individual day.
Took us a while to get set up properly would be my only complaint.0
