hi just to let you know i have at last managed to sort an account. The pension firm accepted that the data protection laws were difficult so accepted an old smart book account where i was named as the sole trustee. They then managed to pay it into the wrong account. After a further couple of weeks delay she has finally been paid nearly 3 months after her fathers death. thanks for your help.
