So £207.5m was stolen and £39.3m recovered (19%).
We are forever hearing about victims, but there never seems to be any news reports of APP scammers being prosecuted.0 -

More often than not long gone with the money using fake details. Given the customer tends to get refunded. Unless it is a major scam the police are not interested.Life in the slow lane0
