we used to have our gas and electric bills payed using a payment card but have recently changed over to quartly billing to try and save money.our last bills stated that as we have changed our new tarifs will reflect this but when comparing them to previous bills there is no difference.thanks:o

So, are you saying your current bill still states you are a PP customer?
If so, they have not processed your meter change prior to the bill. It happens a lot where the bill is due close to the meter change date. Also, it can takes months for a meter change to hit your bill if there has been any missing data.
You need to contact your Supplier and ask them to correct the bill with the meter change.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
