Similar price but which house?

We are starting to look for a house in this area and these 3 are around the same price range and also appear to be very close to each other so thinking of making an appointment to see them all.

Does anyone know the area well or have a view on the prices of these 3 as they are all quite different. Is one in a better road than the others? Would love opinions please.

I would go for Sandalwood, Westhoughton, Bolton, Greater

It basically has 3 lounges (incl conservatory)

Rooms are quite small, but depends who you are moving in with
Also the road seems to have the highest average sale price of about £240,000

If 240,000 is your true maximum then i'd go with https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-72157927.html

Atleast you will get a feel for the area when you view

I like this one, much bigger kitchen and nice spacious garden.
It also has a garage which will come in handy in winter

View them all. See which you like best (or keep looking if none of them feel right).

Viewing carries no obligation to put an offer in, or even come up with a good excuse why not. I'm not suggesting viewing places that you really have zero intention of, but the more you view, the more you'll understand your priorities and preferences.

Thank you for the replies. On further looking it seems that the Parkham and Wardham Close ones are on the same estate but you seem to get much more for your money with the Wardham one so maybe one is overpriced or the other needs work you cant see in the photos.

Also a bit wary of the Purple Bricks thing.
  • Wardham Close is only 1 reception room, and there's only a small lobby inside the front door. Both the front of the lounge, and the dining area, look like corridors. Garden overlooked.

Sandalwood again only has a small lobby, the second reception room is a garage conversion (check for planning and building regs consents). Main bathroom appears to not have a proper shower/screen over the bath.

Parkham Close has 2 receps interconnected, but neither is very large. That might suit you or it might not. It's also on a close which might have children playing.

There are a couple of 4 beds within 1/4 of a mile I'd be looking at, at £220k / £230k, perhaps with less kerb appeal but more space/less money.
