Together Energy Woes - I need advice
Good afternoon everyone,
I need advice about together energy. I moved to my place in August 17 sent One Select my meter reading in September 17 and arranged a DD for gas and electricity. I fixed an annual rate in Sept18 again with them, they went bust and I received messages from Together Energy. I found out last month that I hadn't paid the DD of £ 56 since January. I'm terrified of a huge bill. They have been difficult to contact and phoning because of my job was never an option during office hours. I called them today and they told me I had an online account with them. I never knew that! A man came to read the electricity meter today and I have now discovered that the last gas reading they had was in Sept 17 when I moved in. I had given them readings after this but they have been conveniently not updated Not sure where I stand as the gas reading which they have estimated is nowhere near the actual reading that I've looked at today. its well above the actual. So, where do I stand in relation to the Money that I owe them since January? Bearing in mind, I have not used any gas since March as I live in what I call greenhouse. Thank you
