16 lads to Krakow need accommodation

It's my mates 50th next Feb and we are to Krakow for 4 days. Flights are booked we just need somewhere to stay. I thought I would just get a airbnb for 16 but they look a bit cramped. So I am now thinking 2 airbnb's but they need to be close to one another. Can you speak to airbnb on the phone at all or is it all through the website. Anyone done anything similar?

antique apartments. they have a couple of larger apartments and some smaller but all in same building just of old town square
