Starling debit card-overseas ATM charges

I have a starling debit card for travel. I notice that there seems to be a growing number of banks that are charging ATM fees for cash withdrawals with this card. Recently i noted BBV and Santander in Spain seeking to make ATM usage charges.
Maybe there is a list somewhere or this could be a thread starter for an updated list?

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

Unfortunately I'm not sure a list is going to be feasible due to the amount of ATM/Bank companies in the world.
I have a Revolut card and in places such as India, Philippians, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, US and Canada its been the case of trying a bank/ATM and if there is a fee to try somewhere else and in some cases even trying a different ATM with the same company and getting no fees, for example in Japan at the airport a 7-11 ATM was free to use but in the city some were charged some were not.
There has also been a difference between cards as sometimes there was a fee with Revolut but when I have used my MBNA CC no fee. What was "interesting" though in NZ I had fee free withdrawals with my UK cards but if I used my NZ Kiwi bank card in say ANZ I would get a charge. Thanks to money saving tips and debt repayments/becoming debt free I have been able to work and travel for the last 4 years visiting 12 countries and working within 3 of them. Currently living and working in Canada  :dance:0 -
I used Santander in Ibiza last week and there was no charge at all0

There's this thread on the Currencies sub-board about ATM charges in Spain, you could add your experiences of which banks now charge:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6034328/avoid-or-reduce-bank-charges-in-spain
But your thread title is misleading - such charges by local banks apply to any card, not just the Starling Bank debit card, which itself has no fees whatsoever.Evolution, not revolution0 -

That goes against recent reports about non Santander cards at their branded ATMs in Spain which say a 5 Euro transaction fee is the norm.0 -

Yep, standard starling card. Right next to my hotel was a branch of Santander.
Looking on my app I got €140 for £125.630 -
As eDicky has said in post 4 above, the title of this thread is totally misleading as it's not solely a Starling card issue, it is down to certain Spanish banks (but not all as highlighted in the link he provided)
Hopefully the op will amend it accordingly.0
