If money is paid to the 'wrong' account, the sender of said funds can contact their bsnk fir a recall of funds.
This means their bank contacts your bank and asks gor the money to be returned. Your bank will contact you and ask for permission to refund the money.
This should onky be done if you consent (you may have received those funds legitimately). If you do not give permission, the bank cannot take that money from your account.
The WORST case is that your account is frozen andvyou are subject to a fraud investigation, but i never saw that happen (worked for a global bank for a petiod).May you find your sister soon Helli.
