8. One winning entrant will win two places on the seven-night / eight-day Splendours of Jordan group tour. The prize includes:

Return economy class flights from London Heathrow to Ammam;
Arrival and departure transfers;
Two nights hotel accommodation in The Bourlvard Arjaan by Rotana in Amman based on two people sharing a double occupancy room;
Three nights hotel accommodation in Movenpick Resort in Petra based on two people sharing a double occupancy room;
Two nights hotel accommodation in Movenpick Dead Sea based on two people sharing a double occupancy room;
Seven breakfasts, two lunches and four dinners; and
A guided touring as per the tour itinerary.

Events may occur that require provision of alternative hotel accommodation of similar standards to those described above

9. The prize must be taken as one package.

10. The prize must be booked before February 29, 2020 and at least six weeks in advance. All travel must be completed before December 1, 2020 and travel dates exclude

December 6, 2019 – January 5, 2020; and
April 3 – April 26, 2020
Travel dates are subject to availability and subject to reaching minimum numbers required to operate departure. The winner and their guest must travel together.

11. The winner will be required to complete a Cox & Kings booking form and confirm agreement with Cox & Kings standard booking conditions.

12. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and airport, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guest each has a valid passport and travel insurance (compulsory) and obtain any necessary visas for their trip.
