What does this mean?
And my other case does not say this!0 -

My defence for both cases have been accepted and both my questionnaires have been received. Still yet to have a date set.
My sister went to court yesterday on a case made up for only one parking ticket the rest of her case was the same as mine. Her case was thrown out after 20 mins because of in proper signage.

That's contradictory. Call the CCBC and ask them what it means. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sorry auto correct changed my bad spelling.
Indeed it is “RECEIVED”.
I look forward to getting a letter from them confirming this. Funny how they dropped the cheaper of my 2 cases.
Thank you again for your advice.0 -
Aha - so you won this one, and so did your sister!

YOU COULDN'T MAKE THIS UP.
So, yesturday I received a brand new PCN. Like the ones from 4 years ago that I'm defending in this thread, this one was recived in the cul-de-sac that I live and issued by Premier Park.
At the end of my cul-de-sac are 6 parking spaces that are owned by my local council and policed by them, the rest of the cul-de-sac is policed by Premier Park.
I rent a space off of the cauncil and park my car there (because of all the problems in the past from PP incorrectly policing our road). Yet.......... Premier Park has issued me with a PCN on the council land. Needless to say my local council has told me it's my problem and that I have to deal with it .
This will actually provid me with some more good evidence indicating PP confusion in managing this site.:rotfl:
Meanwhile, I am still waiting for my court date to be set. :cheesy:0 -

Report them to the DVLA and demand that this is fully and thoroughly investigated, as PPCs have been banned for doing that. Issuing fake PCNs on council land is illegal and arguably fraudulent, and ignorance of the law is no defence.
We would LOVE to see PP banned by the DVLA, so get onto it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

:hello: Evening all.
Just before Christmas, my "final" case was sent to my local court. The same court that heard a very similar case recently against my sister, and the judge through the case out on lack of evidence.
Today I recived a letter from the Court
"IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The claimant shall file and serve better particulars of the claim including each PCN issued between ......... and .........where they arose and the fees/penalties incurred by 4pm on the ........(short time span given), failure to comply and the claim shall be struck out
2. Permission for the defendant to file and serve an amended defence to the better particulars by 4pm ..........."
Am I right in thinking this is good news? The Judge asking for more info that they will not be able to provide (because it does not exist) and in such a short window of time?
Thank you and Happy New Year everyone !!!!!!0 -
