P.S. Let us know if the hamper is any good.0

:rotfl: I don't personally consider a shop overcharging us for a poor quality, poorly reviewed mattress and charging £1300 for that product an overreaction. I know of and will use in future ( as I'm sure you undoubtedly already do) a shop with an excellent returns policy and high level of customer service. We've thankfully received a positive outcome for our situation. I feel very sorry for others who have not, and have paid alot of money for a substandard product with no way of redress. Thanks for your comments 👍0

Yet another positive outcome when a thread doesn't go their way.0 -
Pleased you got a resolution.
I actually have two beds from Benson for Beds.
The super king size one is OK (it creaks too much but I will blame kids jumping on it, and the mattress has springs in because I let Mr Pinkshoes choose it and he moaned that memory foam ones are too hot!) but the other double one we had before upsizing is amazing!! SOOOOO comfortable. I actually love sleeping in the spare room, and any guests staying think it is fab too.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Thanks for your comments
Glad you got it sorted.
But It could have been perfect for you. You have to take reviews with a pinch of salt sometimes.
Example First Direct gets top awards for customer service and products. Yet only rates a 1 star at trustpilot.
Can't both be right...:money:Life in the slow lane0 -
I'm not really sure you can claim a store as having bad customer service when they've gone well beyond what they actually need to do. If anything your thread has highlighted their good customer service!
You could find bad reviews and good reviews for just about any company. Personally I've used Bensons a few times and I've never had any problems.0
