    I gave my brothers details and address so it's not because I have had one already, as I said the transmission cut out when I was submitting the prize details so i'm not sure if they have recieved them so I have contacted them 3 times now to explain and give the delivery details along with the winning code but no-one has even had the good manner to reply with a standard message letting me know that they are aware of my messages to them.
    When I won the first one and sumbitted my details I recieved an email with a reference number that I would need should I have to chase the voucher up but have recieved nothing with this one so I don't think they have actaually recieved my details and tagged it to the winning code,
    I have kept the original email with he code so will keep trying.
