Any Solarplicity customers managed to switch from TOTO yet ?

Baby steps.... Finally got Toto to agree that the tariff displayed on the IHD and previous Solarplicity bills is the one I should be on. They also claim (once again) that no objection will be raised when I try to switch. Might be able to get away from this clusterfsk by Christmas.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Well, that turned out to be yet another lie from these clowns. Lost count of the objections raised, but I think we are up to nine now.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Clowns is definitely right.
I've just received a "sorry you're leaving, another supplier has been in touch" email - don't know if you ever got that far.
Oddly they say my supply will be transferred away from Toto in around three weeks. Not sure why they'd try to wait three weeks.
Anyway, for me the whole thing is a farce as Toto aren't my supplier anyway. I was erroneously switched in August and this was reversed a couple of days later, but they have been billing me monthly ever since.
Will this be resolved before Toto go bust? I fear it's unlikely.0 -

I've had nine of those now, all followed a few days later by a "Your supplier has raised an objection" email. This is despite having repeated assurances that no objection has been raised.
Also had a bill from Toto after much arguing about tariff and unit prices. They have finally agreed to honour their claim that I would remain on the same Solarplicity tariff and eventually updated their system with the right unit prices. Still trying to work out how 10 units of gas equates to nearly 8000 KWh.
Just more documents to send to Ofgem when they start an investigation (complaint has already been made).Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
