POPLA appeal timing

Hi,

After receiving an appeal rejection / unique POPLA code, when is the right time to appeal via POPLA's website?

Before the deadline, presumably that is on the letter with the POPLA code. However, normal deadline is 28 days but it has been posted many times on the forum that POLA codes actually last 32 days.

I've not received a NTK in the post, which I understand I should? Should I wait longer before appealing through POPLA?

If you have not received a NTK, against what did you appeal? You must have appealed as you have received a POPLA code.

So far, this has happened:

1. PCN on car windscreen
2. Waited 26 days
3. Submitted appeal as keeper through Euro Car Parks website
4. Received email containing letter that appeal through Euro Car Parks has been rejected. POPLA number included.

Now what should I do?

Appeal to POPLA, but if you are going to argue no keeper liability because ECP have failed to deliver a NtK by day 56 you need to time your POPLA appeal to rule out the possibility of ECP issuing a NtK late as a result of seeing your POPLA appeal point.

But if day 56 falls beyond your POPLA deadline date, your priority is to get your POPLA appeal in by that deadline. Work out your timings.
