I'm pleased to say that I have now received my £60. I had a call at lunchtime to inform me it was being paid, an email notifying this shortly afterwards and the money has appeared in my bank account during the afternoon. One single payment for the full amount in my case.0

Well more accurately still no response by Enstroga. At my last call to them it was promised to raise it to high priority....
Any priority that resulted in action would be an improvement.
