Just to add that I've bought from Aria approx 8 times over the last 3 years. In all cases, the goods have arrived promptly and properly packaged.

In 1 instance, the item in question (ram) failed to function and I followed their returns procedure. Unfortunately the same problem occured with the replacement stick, and eventually we agreed on a change of brand, which worked ok.

As has already been said, Aria are great as long as nothing goes wrong, at which point be ready for a lengthy process. I still recommend them for 'simple' purchases!.

I can certainly empathise with this! Talk about stress! I finally got my refunds by writing directly to the MD, Mr Aria, at the Manchester address. Still took 3 weeks to get into my account tho! crapola!

ditto this - great prices, but returns is a nightmare - 3 weeks to replace a faulty stick of ram - grrrr
