watch out with ARia, they are very difficult to deal with if things go wrong. it took me more than 3 months to get a refund for a piece of faulty kit and then I only succeeded cos i wrote to the owner of the company!Stop looking for answers....
The most you can hope for are clues.....:)0 -

Bought loads from Aria.... no problems at all
Brought a mini-cube PC off Aria which turned out to be DOA. The returns procedure was cumbersome and they basiclly didn't do anything until I phoned them up a few times.
I still buy from them because they are competitive on price but I know that if anything goes wrong it will be a pain.0 -
PC resolution: 640 x 480 - so crap for normal pc use!0

Aria's returns policy is horrible and I live just down the road from them! Because of this I buy bigger items from Microdirect where possible, as even though their prices are a bit more expensive there seems to be a lot less grief taking stuff back.

To be honest, i think most mail order pc component suppliers are just as bad as each other. Ive had bad experiences with ebuyer and dabs also.0 -
Hi,
My advice would be to pay by card. At least then you get a bit more protection. If you threaten to take it to the credit card company, most firms will try and resolve the issues, as they get a £10-£20 fee imposed by the credit card company for each chargeback,
DavidWhat shall I put here?

I returned an item which failed twice and Aria now say they have issued me with a "credit note". They did not reveal this without some prompting and I still have not got them to tell me how much the credit note is for, or how I could redeem it!Reed0
