Right to buy ISA cap

Hello. I have a question in about the cap on the right to buy ISA.
Since the introduction in 2015 I think, house prices have risen 28% in my area (according to a website I checked).
Is there any chance at all that the cap would be raised from £250k? I would have thought it would have risen alongside house prices each year, but the cap stays the same.
I missed the chance to change to a LISA account, and it's too late now as between myself and partner we have over £20k in the HTB ISA.
If the cap doesn't rise I think we're going to have to miss out on the bonus. We need a three bedroom, I'm priced out of the area I live (and wider area, my partner already commutes 1 hour each way to work, myself 40-50 minutes)
Shame I missed out on the LISA, 270k-300k would be ideal.
