Spybot Alert message allow or deny?

Yesterday I removed Norton antivirus software (60 day trial version preloaded on new windows vista machine) immediately after completing the removal using the removal tool from the Norton website and restarting I got this message from spybot saying an important registry entry has been changed , category: system startup user entry, change: value deleted, when I click for 'info' this is what I got:-

Startup entry database

Current filename:

Database status: Not required - virus, spyware, malware or other resource hog
Value:
Filename: system32.exe

Description
Added by the _AGOBOT-KU_ WORM! Note - has a blank entry under the Startup Item/Name field

Source: Paul Collins Startup list

I denied the change then but when booting up this morning exactly the same message and information came up again!! The word WORM! within it really freaks me out

Last night I was about to shut down for the night so I ran spybot, AVG antivirus and Windows defender and they all agreed there were no threats - so what's going on????:confused:
Can anyone help please?

.....It's alright loading all these programs but the problem for non-computer nerds like me is that we haven't a clue what's the most appropriate action when these 'strange' messages appear?!!!:confused:
Often the 'more info' or help menu just serve to muddy the waters even more for the average computer [strike]idiot[/strike] user like me!.......Might as well be speaking japanese most of the time when someone doesn't have any specific pre-existing knowledge regarding viruses, spyware etc, etc.
:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused: :mad: !!

I also had a few really worrying messages last night after leaving my computer asleep for a few hours, I assume they originated from windows?? - When I returned to the computer and woke it up, there was a small box in the middle of the screen (no title to identify which program it had originated from! ) it had a red dot with a big cross in the middle and stated access violation with a string of numbers after this statement and the normal little blue box with 'OK' in it was there but with no OK just an empty blue box  , it was the only action available so I clicked it to see if it would work (even though the word OK was missing) and it worked, the box disappeared only to offer up another exact same box but with a different string of numbers, this happened about 5 times?!!!  Hence, why I ran all the antivirus and spyware programs before shutting down for the night, but was left none the wiser?  Nothing was found!!

Am I being caused anxiety due to my lack of knowledge of these things? or do I have cause for real concern?

Thanks for having the patience to [strike]listen[/strike] read this long post!:D

I almost wish I had just subscribed to Norton now!! Please save my sanity?!! As I know Norton is not the option!

Do a search for system32.exe then delete it- if you have problems then just restore it from recycle box. Download regseeker and clean registry or if you have ccleaner - fix issues. Try the kaspersky online sconner then.
