Hi, sorry I didn't get back to you, I tried the Alt F thing, and managed to import favourites, but only half of them turned up! Still no three dots. Anyways, can anyone tell me what IBA Opt-out is? apparently its been added remotely?
btw, the bank told me to use Chrome, because when I tried to log in to my internet banking after putting in all my security stuff all I got was a blank page. So I thought it was worth a go, the blank page was a bit worrying!0 -
Was it a email from the bank? Have you downloaded the official chrome? Lots of scam versions out there.
it you have downloaded a nasty you are going to have to clean your device asap and possibly contact your bank"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0 -
I never said I had an email from my bank. I phoned them to ask if there was a problem as my screen went blank every time I tried to log in. They told me it was better to use Chrome.0
