DVLA Medical License
Hi Guys,
I had two sleep seizures in December 2018 and so had to give in my license to the DVLA. I had been told that i would have to wait until 8 weeks before to reapply, however I was advise by neurologist that I could in September. My doctor also wrote a letter saying that everything has been fine and so I sent that along with my D1 Pack and medical questionnaire to the DVLA.
Would they reject my application as I have sent it too early or will they consider it especially with my doctors letter?

They are notoriously slow in reinstating licences after health issues, so I suspect there’s nothing else amiss. However, I’d phone and ask.0
