Have you read the newbies thread yet it's all in there, debt recovery idiots can be ignored.
However why has it got to this stage, a private parking company cannot "fine" anyone, what happened when you complained at the time to the place where your course was?
Did you appeal?
Who was the PPC?
You are now in ignore stage unless you get real court papers issued.0 -
It is not a fine. Please read the stickies/FAQs. Your OP is totally devoid of the information we need in order to advise, but do not tell us who was drivingYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Then went to popla to appeal and it was upheld🤬

Please answer the other questions you have also been asked.
Also, where in the UK did this occur please?
It is not a fine.
The advice to ignore except in very specific circumstances has not been given here since the law changed in 2012.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Are you saying that you have not yet read the NEWBIES thread?Knightsy1001 wrote: »I don’t understand what you mean by newbies??
If that's the case, you need to read it, and understand it, now.
To find the NEWBIES thread, go back to the screen where you found the New Thread button.
Read the thread on the list there entitled "**NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? OLD OR NEW? **READ THESE FAQS FIRST!** Thankyou!"0 -
Did you complain to the venue yet?
:wall::wall::wall:0 -
Newbies are new posters who have yet to read the ground rules/Faqs
Nine times out of ten of these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking CompaniesYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
