Pothole - Liability Accepted

Hit pot hole damaged alloy wheel, tyre, front suspension and steering in April Had the front suspension repaired and the wheel tempoarily repaired with a old replament tyre to get car back on road. Have claimed to Aberdeenshire Council and they have JUST admited liability with a letter form there solicitors. Problems are…

Since tyre and wheel got damaged i assume its a low profile of which a 10 sec search revaled dozens of various. Even if had to buy 4 its cheaper than buying 1 new.

Must ask how on earth did you get to putting such a claim in, have had same 3 times with full pictures of wheel, tyre, wishbone and track control rods bent up. Got no where.
