Fined for entering car park through unmarked exit

I'm Northern Ireland based, and received a PCN from Euro Car Parks (BPA) who obtained my details from lease company.
I've read through lots of pages on this site and plan to submit an appeal along the lines:
The signs in this car park are not prominent, clear or legible from all parking spaces and there is insufficient notice of the sum of the parking charge itself.

The driver of the car entered and exited the car park (which looks like wasteland) in darkness, through what they now know was the car park exit. There are absolutely no signs or anything at the exit, nothing to indicate private land, or parking charges in place which is the reason the driver entered the space at nearly midnight. The entrance is actually based on a different street at opposite ends from the exit.

Euro Car parks took photos of reg entering and leaving the car park.
It would be reasonable to expect that if a driver makes a mistake and is at risk of entering a private car park through an exit, where cameras are being used to record their entry, that sufficient signage should be in place at that exit to warn them in advance?

The fine was for no ticket purchased.

Well the important thing with any lease car, even in NI, is to appeal only as hirer/lessee, not saying who was driving, and telling the PPC that they must not revert to the lease company now that they know the identity of the hirer/lessee.

Then do not bother with POPLA because in Scotland & NI, POPLA insists on appellant saying who was driving (nonono!).

    Then ignore ECP.

The victory is in hooking it away from the lease firm. Always appeal to get them out of the loop.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is not a fine, it is an invoice from and ex clamper for damages for the harm they allege they have suffered as a result of your despicable behaviour, a.k.a. a scam.

As long as they do not know the identity of the driver, they can do little. Expect scary letters, threats of penury, and lots of red ink.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
