Query regarding Occupancy of a Property.

Hoping some knowledgeable folks on here will be able to shed some light on an occupancy search please.
I've done a search on one of the popular sights that you buy credits to view details. The property I am checking shows two occupants, one of which the data source is listed as Telephone, Electoral Roll and Consumer Data. The other occupant information is only sourced from Consumer Data.
My query is, what Consumer Data is likely to have been used that would signify the occupancy? I'm trying to ascertain the accuracy of the information ie whether this person is actually resident in this property?
Any ideas please?
