Parking Charge Notice - Holiday Inn Heathrow - Parking Eye

Hi All,
I received a parking charge notice. They seemed to have obtained the keeper's details from DVLA.
The notice shows two pics of my car of in and out with the number plate and the time of arrival and departure which is 25 mins approx.,
There are no pics of where the car was parked.
What are my options/defence and is this enforceable? whats the worst scenario?
Many thanks in anticipation.

Your first option is to complain to the landowner via Holiday Inn, assuming you were parked there legitimately. Concurrently with that, go to the front page of this forum (right where you clicked on New Thread) and read the NEWBIE sticky, normally third thread down.0

I did call the hotel and they asked me to email and I did so. However, I have received a reminder letter from ParkingEye today which suggests they have not cancelled the PCN. I guess I need to prepare an appeal now.0

Hi, Can someone be kind enough to point out a relevant template? I am looking to appeal for the PCN issued by ParkingEye for the entry at Holiday Inn Heathrow.0

Blue text template is in the newbies sticky thread post #1
If it's a hire or lease vehicle , read the appeals at the bottom of post #10
