PPI claim after IVA

Options
Hi, I’m new to this forum so hoping someone can help.

I completed an IVA in April 2013. I have recently contacted Northern Rock about reclaiming ppi on a mortgage and loan I had before the IVA. Both these accounts were closed and repaid in full a few years before the IVA was taken out however, a separate northern rock loan was included in my IVA. What are my chances of receiving any money do you think?

It depends. Were all your debts paid in full in the IVA or a certain %age to the pound? If the latter it’s likely they’ll offset any redress against what you still owe them with any excess going to your IVA practitioner if they still have an interest.

Please tell me you didn’t use a claims company?

    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

Dunno. What where your complaint reasons? The overwhelming majority of mortgage PPI mis-selling complaints fail, for example, so you'd need some compelling reasons.
