Any advice, I'm confused

Options
I used YourMoneyClaim to reclaim PPI on my Capital One card. For some reason they made two claims for the same card giving them each a different claim number. One was partly upheld and YourMoneyClaim forwarded me the Capital One cheque and I paid their fees.
Shortly afterwards I received documents showing Capital One had upheld in full the 2nd claim and had offered compensation which was twice the sum offered on the first claim. Needless to say the second cheque has never been received by me but YourMoneyClaim are claiming their fees ignoring the fact the claim has not been paid to me. No reason as to why 2 claims for same card has been put forward by YourMoneyClaim but keep saying that the claim has been disbured by Capital One so I need to pay their fees.Surely I don't pay their fees if Capital One don't pay out? My thoughts are that Capital One has realised that there was 2 claims for same card.
