Prompted by an email I got from Natwest, I tried logging on this morning. No joy, and it won't even let me re-register. Very poor !!!

    App is OK, but on-line (Natwest and RBS) definitely not.

    Are you sure the email was genuine?
    Did you click on a link in the email to get to the login page?

    If it was a scam/fishing email then not only did you give them your login details but also several other personal details that it will have asked when you re-registered

    It's definitely not a phishing problem. I've seen news reports of customers having problems yesterday. I've now managed to get into Natwest but RBS is still playing up. I guess theit IT guys are in the process of sorting things out.
