Approximate Date that RBS took over Lombard Direct PPI Complaints

Hi Guys, after looking on various posts here and on other websites, it seems that Lombard direct had a number that you called to complain to them directly. However, It seems that for the last few years, people have mentioned about RBS taking over their PPI complaints as there was no longer a number for Lombard direct. Therefore, does anyone know the approximate date that RBS took over their complaints? Kind regards

Here you go.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
February 2000 is the date they took over. I had loans with Lombard around 1997 to 2002 and claimed back PPI through RBS.::A0

Remember though that the deadline for a new complaint’s been and gone so they won’t entertain a new complaint nowhelpful tips
