Extra Energy Alleged Arrears; How To Dispute?

Hi,
So Extra Energy are trying to charge me approximately £700.00 usage in one month!
So from September 2018 where I was in credit by £180.00 ish they are trying to charge me nearly £600.00 for energy used October to November; majority of which is for gas. The gas is only used for heating and hot water so I've disputed this and requested statements to compare with the previous year.
They sent me a complicated sheet showing usages for each reading (elec day, elec night and gas) so I asked them to simplify it as a statement would be. I have not received anything else and now have creditors demanding payment.
I have contacted the creditors by email (as I was in a queue on the phone waiting ages before hanging up) to say I am in a dispute with Extra Energy.
My questions are, who do I complain to as Extra Energy informed me they are not governed by Ofgem now they are in administration and has anyone else had a similar experience with them?
