Esa reassessment

Hi all
So I got my dreaded reassessment letter today.
Practically one year since my descision last time.
So bit of background..
I applied for Esa and was placed in work related group after about 10 months of my condition getting worse I wrote to dwp and said my condition had worsened and wished to apply for the support group.
I then had to go for a face to face assessment and they granted the request.
I was given a 12 month review and here we are nearly 12 months to the day.
My question is I have to fill out the form.
Does anyone know if if you can provide evidence to state you are still faecally incontinent you would avoid the face to face interview?
When I say prove.. I was referred to bowel and bladder continence services and had to go for an assessment and they agreed that my condition wa sunchanging and I could receiving incontinence pads on nhs.
Would this be enough to satisfy the support group criteria without the face to face interview again, alongside the booklet I need to fill in?
Thanks so much

Most people have face to face assessments it's rare to have a paper based one. My advice is to fill out the form with as much information as possible, send evidence to support your claim and if you have a paper based assessment it's a bonus but don't be surprised if you're sent an appointment at some point.

You will need to make sure the form is returned no later than the date stated in the letter, as there's no extensions for returning the work capability assessment form.
  • Thanks for the reply.
I claimed contribution based for nearly 12 months and was in the wrag before moving to the support group..
So my questions are the following:
If I get found fit for work can I claim JSA contribution based?
If I am found to be placed in wrag again but having used up my 12 months prior to going in the support group but within the same claim, what happens then? Do I need to wait 12 weeks before reapplying?
Would I then need to complete another reassessment and start the whole thing off again?
Just trying to plan if the worst happens as you never know do you?
I definitely feel it’s who you get on the day!
    Thanks again
