Notice of intended court proceedings

Hello
I’m wondering if I could get some advise
I work in a hospital and sometimes if space is not available I park in the patients car park and have accumulated many (20) tickets over the years. I have read previous advise on ignoring the letters that have been sent by DRP but this morning I had 2 separate letters both titled notice of intended court proceedings for multiple parking charges - both totalling £695 each.
I have never contacted them to say I’m the driver and have never contacted APCOA in any way. What should I do
Ignore the letters as I have previously?
Phone and offer a settlement
Phone and explain I’m on a DMP (which I am ) and pay a nominal monthly fee ?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated
Thanks

What Brown trout means is read the stickies/FAQs.
You have a lot of reading and learning ahead of you, (NHS staff in Wales had to pay out a fortune to these scammers earlier this year), and It sounds as if you need to get your MP involved as nine times out of ten these tickets are scams.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking CompaniesYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
