i still have the one that preceeded it 1.95% and it is still.open although no longer available

Yes.

When an account is withdrawn, it means it is no longer available to new applicants. If you already have an account, you can keep it.

Although it is a 95 day variable rate notice account, if they reduce the rate on your existing account by more than 0.25% then you will be able to withdraw it as if it were instant access

Investec Bank 95 day Notice Plus Account ;...1.80%,.. You will earn a further 0.05% gross p.a interest, if you do not place notice to withdraw funds for a 90 day period. So it actually pays more than Charter if you leave funds untouched. However, minimum deposit £10k and no interest paid if balance drops below £10k.

Opened an account for my wife on 10.9.19;..just had a look and and it is still available but no idea for how long.!?!.
