The winner will be selected from every customer who is signed up to receiving newsletters.
We will email the winner using the email address they provide upon sign up.
The selected winner will have 7 days to respond to the email, if we do not get a response, a new winner will be selected.
Buyagift is not liable for the loss of the prize.
7 nights stay at 4* The Inn on Fifth, Naples, Marco Island & Everglades - Florida's Paradise Coast x 2 Adults.
Travel period – 01 January 2020 – 30 November 2020.
Hertz Car Hire for 7 days.
Return flights from the UK to Florida with Virgin Atlantic/Delta Air Lines.
Holiday valid to book from 01/10/19.
Holiday must be booked by 30/01/20.
Travel must be completed by 30/11/20.
Prize subject to availability at time of booking.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
Additional duration and persons travelling can be added at an additional cost at time of booking.
Prize is for one winner and guest.
23 Kgs of checked luggage per person.
The Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking and embargoes and blackout periods may apply.
If the date selected by the winner is unavailable, then a range of alternative dates will be offered.
Costs of travel insurance, visas, parking, meals, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.
All prizes are non-transferable/ non-exchangeable, non-amendable and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
Name changes, or destination changes are not permitted.
Prize must be used by the winner and guests travelling together.
TravelPlanners disclaim liability for typographical errors and errors in distributions.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TravelPlanners reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

Travel insurance is required, but not included. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have proper travel insurance cover prior to their journey.
It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that, should a visa be required to enter a country, this is to be obtained prior to travelling.
Failure to ensure correct documentation is in place will probably result in the passenger being refused entry.
Winner must ensure they are in possession of any health documents required for the country they are visiting. Failure to obtain such documents could result in the passenger being refused entry.
