Problems before exchange/completion

Please could someone offer some advice on our situation?
Working to exchange/complete by 30th, our bank had been sent a mining report (twice through two separate people and confirmed they had received it) 5 working days later I contact them to check on progress of decision- they claim they never had it sent to them. I remedy this with an advisor, but now we have to wait for a decision to come through before 30th.
Also, my lifetime ISA needed to be closed via me signing a document (etc) and the solicitors sending a document to confirm (as we instructed). Our solicitors then decided that they didn;t need to do anything and we found out today that the bank need a document from them to release the funds (this can take 30 days to sort out) the bank said it may be possible by 30th, but there is no guarantee. We need these funds as the main part of our deposit.
If we don't complete by the 30th we will lose the sale completely.
I don't know what to do/if it is possible to get all of this done/what my next steps should be if any?

The sellers have a hard-deadline for their new build - I'm not too sure how all that works either?
Is their new build complete and ready to move into?
Anyway, if the 30th arrives and you're not quite ready to exchange, the builder would still rather wait a week or two for you to be ready - rather than start looking for another buyer, who could take many, many weeks to complete.
You need to keep demonstrating to the seller and the builder that you are not far away from being ready, and you're working hard on getting there.0
