End date for dro?
Options
Hi all,
My dro was approved on 14 sept 2018 and it is registered with that date on the insolvency register. I have read in the gov website that it will show an end date on there, but it doesn’t.
How will I know the official end date, would I assume it is 14 sept 2019?
Many thanks

(I wanted to print it off with the end date as proof but the end date isn’t on there).
How else can I prove it has ended please?0 -
Hi,
According to CAB "If you want to be able to prove that your DRO has ended you can print off a copy of your entry in the Insolvency Service's register, which will show the end date of the DRO period.
You have three months to print off your copy of the entry after the DRO has ended. After this time, your entry will be removed."

And the address for the Insolvency Register is:

Are you sure you going to the correct website address for the Insolvency Register? If so, then maybe it will appear tomorrow. Are you sure that the date the DRO was made by the OR was 14/09/2018?I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Hi,
A Debt Relief Order runs for 12 months, this is often referred to as the "moratorium" period, after this time, (assuming no changes have occured) you are discharged, although you remain on the insolvency register for another 3 months, so the end date is 12 months from the date it starts, it will also show on your credit reports for 6 years from start date, and will show as status : discharged.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. It's under 'status'
Status Currently Subject To Debt Relief Order : Moratorium Period ended on 14 September 2019 See FootNote
If it's not there (never heard that happening) ask the DRO Team in Plymouth to correct it0 -
