Accountant mistake, who's responsible?

The overpayment was for CIS which is paid in arrears i understand. The tax bill is corporation tax that is owed. This was my family company, my late husband unfortunately passed away suddenly last year between tax years. I had no warning & am trying to pick up the shattered piece's of our life. I have lost my home as well as this business, so no another £600 is not readily available.
Thank you all for helping me unravel my thoughts. I spoke to the accountant's they will put this thru as an expense & cut their fee for the work. Apparently they blame me stating i pressured them to strike the company off... No one said it was gonna be easy!0
