    Add in price drops and you’ve really snookered yourself.

    Now until Early November would have been a far better time to advertise. Kids are back to school, people have returned from their summer holidays and there’s still time before Christmas.

    Still, we can’t turn back time so that leaves two options.
    1. Plod on and hope for a sale, possibly dropping the price along the way.
    2. Remove from the market for 2-3 weeks then realist before things slow down again for Xmas.

    With option 2 you need to honour any agreed contract with your original estate agent. You can withdraw from sale but not re-list with someone else within your original agreed contract period. Re-listing with the same EA is fine.

    We don't know that it is over priced as the OP has not posted a link too it or mentioned a price.

    It could just be that the right person has not viewed the property yet.
