Does anyone know if there are any codes I can use to reduce the installation costs. I am leaving virgin and going to try Sky but have to pay £40 one off costs. Will they negotiate this? Thank you

    I always found Sky to be flexible. Telling them you can't afford it usually resulted in them cutting the price or even offering it for free, eg faulty box, charge £69 to replace, they give it free rather than lose your custom.
