Brilliant Energy Balance

Hi
I am being chased for a balance of £11.91 for a balance on my account from Brilliant Energy by cdsolutionsglobal.
I set up a plan when I left Brilliant Energy to pay £11.91 in 3 payments. A statement from cdsolutionsglobal says I only made 2 payments which I dispute.
They asked me to provide details from my bank statement which I normally would but I have changed banks since.
What can I do?
I know I could into a branch of my old bank to try and get this info but this is a lot of time and hassle.
Any ideas?

As the adminstrator is disputing you have paid, you will have to provide the evidence requested to prove otherwise, or face the consequences.
Your bank should be able to assist you. You shouldn't need to visit them in branch, they all have telephones nowadays:T
If you still think this is all too much time and hassle for you, just send them the payment they say is missing - it should only be for about 4 quid.0
