    Nothing wrong in hoping that, but I would be ensuring you got a receipt so that you can demonstrate to the court that you have paid.
  • Thank you both about getting receipt from the claimant solicitors and sending into court with my court reference. Hopefully will speed things up on getting it taken off my credit file ASAP.

    Is there anyway to check to see when it has been removed rather then keep checking my report (which I assume has a softsearch ).
