Nothing wrong in hoping that, but I would be ensuring you got a receipt so that you can demonstrate to the court that you have paid.Thanks will be paying them first thing in morning. In hope they will contact the courts and let them know it's paid so I can have my credit report sorted ASAP.0 -
Thank you both about getting receipt from the claimant solicitors and sending into court with my court reference. Hopefully will speed things up on getting it taken off my credit file ASAP.
Is there anyway to check to see when it has been removed rather then keep checking my report (which I assume has a softsearch ).
