As you have probably gathered by now, I am very interested in the current plethora of digital only or "challenger" banks.
My latest account is with N26.
Although the account is active, and I have transferred a small amount into it, I have not used it for anything else.
Maybe I am being a little too apprehensive, but I do have some concerns about them not being a UK bank.
I was wondering if anyone who has had more experience with this bank could give any more information of what they are like to use.
All answers greatly appreciated.

I already have a Monzo account, among others.
At the moment, i am trying out quite a few of the digital banks to assess their pros and cons.
Also, although I may be wrong, I think with the sheer amount of digital banks around at the moment, natural selection will see some of the disappear.0 -
N26 is fine, no its not a uk bank and no your money isn't protected by fscs but it is protected with the German equivalent.
I do prefer Monzo and Starling and Revolut to an extent.
What Ive found you cant do in N26 is add receipts to a transaction eg a food shop or buying petrol.0 -
Do you find only being able to add funds via bank transfer any problem?N26 is fine, no its not a uk bank and no your money isn't protected by fscs but it is protected with the German equivalent.
